Megan is going to be released on Saturday! This is just amazing - she is doing so great. Today, she got to meet Miss America. She offered for Megan to wear her crown, but Megan said no. Megan is definitely back!
Allen had a rough night and day today. He has been very frustrated and pulled out one of his tubes. He had to have that put back in - no fun. He also was having fluid build up around his lungs again which caused difficulty in breathing. Finally, they decided he had to be put back in ICU. He is now somewhat sedated and resting well again. Please pray that he can get stabilized enough to get moved home to a hospital in San Angelo. He really needs to be closer to his family and friends.
Aaron's day did not go so well either. At midnight, they told him not to eat or drink anything because he would be heading to surgery to have his leg sewed back up. After waiting 18 hours, the doctors still had not got to him and he still had not had anything to eat or drink. His family from Greenville brought him a candy bar and a drink from Sonic, thinking he had his surgery earlier in the day. He really enjoyed them. Of course, the doctor showed up 30 minutes later, but now that he had eaten - he couldn't go to surgery! They said he would have to wait another 8 hours! Pray for patience for Aaron and his family!!!
